MEET FIT TO FLOW
Two disciplines. One considered solution.
We bring service design and practical technology to the same table.
Our partnership connects how people experience a service with the systems that make it happen. That means looking beyond a single app or workflow to understand the whole picture.
Service design
Understanding people, mapping experiences, and shaping services that make sense.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Good questions. Clear answers.
Who do you work with?
Independent professionals and small service businesses, particularly those whose work relies on client communication, repeatable processes, and information moving between people. We focus on businesses in the United States and Mexico.
Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. Start with what feels slow, repetitive, or difficult to manage. We can help identify the underlying process and a sensible place to begin.
Will we have to replace all our tools?
Not necessarily. We first look at what you already use. Where it makes sense, we improve or connect those tools. If a new tool is needed, we explain the options and any ongoing costs.
What technology do you work with?
Our implementation experience includes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. We choose technology around the process and the people using it.
How is a project priced?
Pricing depends on the problem, scope, and tools involved. After an initial conversation, we outline the recommended approach, deliverables, and cost before you decide to move forward. Software subscriptions, where needed, are discussed separately.
Can we start small?
Yes. A focused workflow or one recurring problem is a useful starting point. It lets us build something practical, see how it works for your team, and decide what to improve next.
LET’S FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
What could work better?
Tell us about the task, process, or everyday frustration you’d like to improve. You don’t need a technical brief.
A conversation, not a commitment.
We’ll review your inquiry and follow up to explore whether we’re a good fit.
