Your inquiry, handled thoughtfully.
Privacy notice · Updated October 5, 2026
This notice describes the discovery-request form on the Fit to Flow website.
What the form collects
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, and the message you provide. We also save the submission time, your agreement to be contacted, and a reference number. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential client records.
How the details are used
Fit to Flow uses this information to review your request, respond to you, and manage any related discovery conversation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or confirm an appointment.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The inquiry inbox is restricted to the authorized Fit to Flow administrator. The site runs through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure; these providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.
Cookies and tracking
We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. The hosting platform may use essential authentication and security cookies, particularly when accessing a private site or the administrator inbox.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
You can use the contact form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of an earlier inquiry. Mention your original email address and reference number if you have it. We may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing information.
We use inquiry details for the conversation and related follow-up, and review records for deletion when they are no longer needed. If we begin a client engagement, any additional information handling will be discussed as part of that work.
